How do I log in to view my data?

To log into the Power BI Portal, follow these steps:

Open a web browser: Launch your preferred web browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, etc.) on your computer or mobile device.

Open an Incognito window or InPrivate window in your browser.  This will help you avoid Power BI associating your account with your personal or business 365 account.

Navigate to the Power BI Portal: In the address bar of your browser, enter the URL for the Power BI Portal. The URL is typically "https://app.powerbi.com."  Press Enter or Return to load the page.

Sign in to your account: On the Power BI Portal login page, you'll be prompted to sign in with your credentials. Enter your 4ID email address associated with your account.

Enter your password: In the password field, type the password that corresponds to your Power BI account. Ensure that you enter it correctly to avoid any login issues.

Select "Sign In": Once you've entered your username and password, click on the "Sign In" button or hit Enter/Return on your keyboard. This will initiate the login process.

Complete any additional security steps: Depending on your organization's security settings, you may be asked to perform additional verification steps, such as entering a verification code sent to your registered email or phone number. Follow the prompts and provide the required information to proceed.

Access the Power BI Portal: After successfully signing in, you should be redirected to the Power BI Portal's main page. Here, you can access your dashboards, reports, datasets, and other Power BI features.

That's it! You have now logged into the Power BI Portal. You can start exploring and utilizing the various tools and functionalities offered by Power BI to analyze and visualize your data.
