How do I log in to view my data?

Using your Microsoft 365 login, 4ID will share the app into your account.  During the review meeting, you will receive an email that includes a link to the 4ID BGS app.  Click on that link, and it will take you directly into the 4ID Business Guidance System. Please make sure you are signed into your Office 365 account. If you are not signed in, it will prompt you to log-in. You may need to click the app link again following the sign in prompts. Once you are directed to 4ID BGS, you can favorite the app by clicking the star icon in the top right corner of the app in the blue ribbon.  You can also find the app on your Power BI Homepage by looking under Apps, Favorites (if you clicked the star icon), or "From External Orgs."

Please note that you will need a Power BI Premium license to view your data. You may click the free trial, which lasts for 60 days, but following that, you will need to purchase a license. You can do that by going to Power BI Pricing

Follow the steps below for how to navigate to Power BI from your browser if you don't have Power BI saved on your "favorites bar":

To log into the Power BI Portal, follow these steps:

Open a web browser: Launch your preferred web browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, etc.) on your computer or mobile device.

Navigate to the Power BI Portal: In the address bar of your browser, enter the URL for the Power BI Portal. The URL is typically "https://app.powerbi.com."  Press Enter or Return to load the page. Alternatively, you can search Power BI in your browser and click through that way.

Sign in to your account: On the Power BI Portal login page, you'll be prompted to sign in with your credentials. Enter your Office 365 email address associated with your account.

Enter your password: In the password field, type the password that corresponds to your Power BI account. Ensure that you enter it correctly to avoid any login issues.

Select "Sign In": Once you've entered your username and password, click on the "Sign In" button or hit Enter/Return on your keyboard. This will initiate the login process.

Complete any additional security steps: Depending on your organization's security settings, you may be asked to perform additional verification steps, such as entering a verification code sent to your registered email or phone number. Follow the prompts and provide the required information to proceed.

Access the Power BI Portal: After successfully signing in, you should be redirected to the Power BI Portal's main page. Here, you can access your dashboards, reports, datasets, and other Power BI features. On your homepage, under "From External Orgs," you should see the 4ID Business Guidance System App.

That's it! You have now logged into the Power BI Portal. You can start exploring and utilizing the various tools and functionalities offered by Power BI to analyze and visualize your data.
