What do I need to do to get started?

Prerequisite for sign-up is having a system that is online and allows us remote access.  Examples include Quickbooks Online, Intacct, Xero, etc. We need read-only or reporting access to the system so that we can run and customize reports.  For all invites, please use datamgr2@4impactdata.com.

If you use QBO, we recommend you add us as an Accountant/Advisor, but if all spots are taken, you can invite as a normal user.  For Intacct or other systems, you can invite using the same email address listed above or create a user/password for us to use.

Following access, we will pull data, load it into our platform, and schedule a meeting.  During our onboarding call, we will verify logins, teach an overview of the platform including navigation and tips/techniques, and complete a review your data and mappings.

If you would like to schedule a quick introductory call, we can set up a call with our customer impact team prior to access.  To schedule an introduction call, please use the following link:  https://calendly.com/amanning-4id/onboarding-call
