What do I need to do to get started?

Prerequisite for sign-up is having a system that is online and allows us remote access.  Examples include Quickbooks Online, Intacct, Xero, etc. We need "standard all access without payroll" to access to the system so that we can run and customize reports.  For all invites, please use datamgr2@4impactdata.com.

If you use QBO, we recommend you add us as an Accountant/Advisor, but if all spots are taken, you can invite as a normal user.  For Intacct or other systems, you can invite using the same email address listed above or create a user/password for us to use.

Following access, we will pull data, load it into our platform, and schedule a meeting.  During our onboarding call, we will verify logins, teach an overview of the platform including navigation and tips/techniques, and complete a review your data and mappings.

If you would like to schedule a quick introductory call, we can set up a call with our customer impact team prior to access.  To schedule an introduction call, please use the following link:  https://calendly.com/amanning-4id/onboarding-call
